Client Responsibility

The client is the person requesting service through purchase. The client is responsible for articulating the details of their goals, objectives, specifications and outcomes for all style consultations, personal styling services, and customer monthly styling subscriptions.

Refunds

We are unable to accept returns at this time. You can always contact us for any return question at curvesbyash@gmail.com.

We will not issue refunds for any virtual services purchased, to include personal styling sessions, consultations, and group or custom monthly styling subscriptions.  No refunds will be issued for any purchased clothing. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please be sure to ask prior to making your purchase.  

Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchased clothing.

Purchases

Once your order has been received, you will receive your purchase details to the email address used at sign up. If you purchased a service that requires virtual meeting, you will receive the the meeting details via email with a meeting date and time within 48 hours after purchase.
